Revocation instruction

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, have availed of paid services on free-web-analytics.com.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DAI-KOMIO e.K., Lindenberger Ring 14, 16356 Ahrensfelde / Email address: info[at]free-web-analytics.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

There is no right of withdrawal for distance contracts if you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

If a paid service has been used on free-web-analytics.com from the start of the contract until the time of withdrawal, the amount of the refund shall be reduced by the costs incurred by the provider up to that point - this specifically includes 1) requests for alternative search terms 2) requests for results within search engines and 3) the creation of marketing measures. The costs incurred by DAI-KOMIO e.K. as a result will not be refunded.
